Every student is required to attend Orientation and that each family needs at least one parent, or adult in the building for this event. The students are required to be in uniform. It’s a half day event. Lower campus will be done by 11:45 AM and Upper campus will begin at 1:00 PM.

Orientation Day Schedule

QBC is Quinault Baptist Church at 5400 West Canal Drive in Kennewick GURC is Grace United Reformed Church at 2500 West 4th Ave. in Kennewick

9:00 am

Grammar Level Parents and students arrive and deliver the kids to their classrooms. Parents proceed to the sanctuary.

9:15 am

Grammar Level Students meet in their classrooms with their teachers. Parents meet in the sanctuary with Mrs. Eberle & the specialists.

10:15 am

Parents move to the lawn while students are escorted to the sanctuary.

10:30 am

Parents move to their child’s classroom and hear from the teachers. Students are in the sanctuary with Mrs. Eberle & the specialists.

11:30 am

All groups are dismissed after a lunch blessing and the students meet their parents on the lawn.

11:45 am- 12:45 pm

Grilled Burgers Lunch on the QBC grounds for everyone. Please provide a potluck side dish to share and picnic blankets or chairs for your family.

1-3:00 pm

Orientation for the Logic and Rhetoric Campus at GURC for Upper Level Parents and students.

Lunch will be grilled burgers on the QBC lawn from 11:45 AM-12:25 PM. Please bring the following:

●  Your child in daily uniform

●  A potluck side dish to share

●  Lawn chairs or picnic blankets
